Shipping
We ship with CANADA POST, with custom shipping options available. See at checkout. Shipping charges will vary depending on location. Any balance due after currency conversion can be dealt with upon parcel arrival. Free domestic shipping for orders over $200. For all orders within B.C. provincial taxes will apply. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your shipment, and ensure your package gets to you as timely as possible.


Payment
Payment available through PayPal and other online credit cards. Pricing and payment are all in CAN dollar. For in store credits, proceed at checkout once signed in to your account.

Ordering
To complete an order, once you've picked your size and quantity of an item, simply Add to Cart. You can choose to continue shopping, or Proceed to Checkout. If you continue shopping, your items will be saved in your cart until you're ready to proceed with payment. From there it's all pretty simple.
Once you've placed an order, we will let you know the status of it accordingly (awaiting fulfillment, confirmed, shipped).
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done immediately. Once orders are confirmed we are unable to cancel them, sorry for the inconvenience.
If you've missed an item after payment, we cannot join 2 orders together. They will be billed separately.

Returns
Returns are available within 20 days of purchase. In store online credit only, no refunds.
Return policy is unworn, unwashed, all tags. See Terms and Conditions for further details. Any snags, marks, evident wear& tear will be denied and returned back to buyer. Buyer will also be responsible for all shipping charges that apply.
In store credit will be processed within a week of receiving package back to us, after passed inspection of returned piece being eligible. No refund on original shipping charges. All sale items are final sale.
